Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Oman
- Muscat: usually 1–2 business days
- Outside Muscat: usually 2–5 business days
International

Do you offer free shipping?

- Free delivery in Oman outside Muscat above 70 OMR
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, eligible ready-to-wear items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Are custom-made garments refundable?
Custom-made or personalized garments are generally non-refundable once production has started.
How does Made Personal work?
Our Made Personal service allows customers to personalize selected garments through fabrics, sizing, details, and styling options.
Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the order.
Will colours look exactly like the photos?
We strive to display colours as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur depending on screen settings and the natural characteristics of fabrics.
Do you offer alterations?
In selected cases we may offer adjustments or alterations for custom-made garments. Please contact us for assistance.
