Returns & Exchanges

At Turtle Republic and SALIHAFA, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility

Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
All original tags and packaging are intact
The item is returned in its original condition

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Exchanges

For orders within Oman, we offer one complimentary exchange for size changes on eligible ready-to-wear items.

Additional exchanges or international exchanges may incur shipping charges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective:

Made Personal / custom-made garments
Personalized products
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale

For custom-made garments, minor adjustments or alterations may be offered where possible.

Return Shipping Costs

Oman

Exchanges: first exchange free of charge
Returns: customer responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

International Orders

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes where applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
