We currently ship within Oman and to UAE.

Production & Delivery Times

All our garments are handmade in Muscat. Whether you choose from our Ready-to-Wear collection or create a Made Personal piece, every garment is individually crafted and finished with care.

The estimated timeframes below indicate the total time from placing your order to delivery.

Ready-to-Wear

Our Ready-to-Wear garments are handmade in advance and available from stock. Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Estimated total time from order to delivery:

Muscat: 1–3 business days
Rest of Oman: 3–5 business days
UAE: 5–8 business days
International: varies by destination and customs processing

Made Personal / Custom Orders

Made Personal garments are handmade individually in Muscat according to your selected fabric, measurements and details.

Shirts, Shorts & Trousers
Production time: 3–5 business days

Estimated total time from order to delivery:

Muscat: 4–6 business days
Rest of Oman: 6–10 business days
UAE: 7–12 business days
International: production time plus delivery time, depending on destination and customs processing

Jackets
Production time: 5–10 business days

Estimated total time from order to delivery:

Muscat: 6–12 business days
Rest of Oman: 8–15 business days
UAE: 9–17 business days
International: production time plus delivery time, depending on destination and customs processing

Please Note

As our garments are handmade, production times may occasionally vary depending on fabric availability, customization requirements and periods of high demand.

Delivery times may also vary due to courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided by email once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Oman and UAE

Muscat

Complimentary delivery on all orders.

Oman – Outside Muscat

Complimentary delivery on orders of 70 OMR or more.
For orders below 70 OMR, a shipping charge of 6 OMR applies.

UAE

Complimentary delivery on orders of 120 OMR or more.
For orders below 120 OMR, a shipping charge of 7 OMR applies.

International Orders

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and weight.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Parcels

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify the courier immediately and contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and products.
