My name is Lorenzo, I have been living in Oman for 15 years.
My relationship with fashion started many years ago in Milan where I cooperated in organising fashion shows for top Italian brands.
Whilst my life took me far from that, I have long held onto the idea of creating my fashion brand inspired by nature and connected to the turtles.
After five years of running SALIHAFA, with our flag shop at Ras Al Jinz Turtle Reserve, Oman, I have reinforced my strong connection with nature and turtle thinking, inspiring me to do more and continue that journey.
Besides continuing to develop SALIHAFA with a focus on lifestyle and gifts, I want to realise my fashion brand, ensuring it is refined but easy and comfortable.
I started designing and producing shirts and shorts taking measurements personally and selecting fabrics one by one.
The response was immediate and really positive.
Here comes Turtle Republic that is the natural evolution of that approach:
a dedicated italian brand focused on “personal” fashion, combining Italian style with the life in the Gulf.
